Lubbock is hosting its second Super Regional in three seasons, and there’s quite a bit going on around here outside of the world of baseball.

19th Annual Wine & Clay Festival 10am-5pm

Taste award-winning Texas wines at the largest production winery in Texas. Forty artists from Texas, New Mexico and Colorado will exhibit ceramics, jewelry, photography, painting and printmaking.

There also will be artist demonstrations, a chocolate therapist from Littleton, Colo; an artisan baker from Denver; locally produced gourmet cheeses, food trucks, live music and a silent auction benefiting an art scholarship fund.

The Cactus Theater welcomes some of the best vocalists in West Texas to celebrate the life of Tyler Elliott. Tye had a radiant smile and a Texas sized heart. He was passionate about music and loved to watch his sister, Makenzie, perform.

Tye’s family continues to carry on his legacy of blessing others by donating the proceeds of the Concert to the Texas Boys Ranch in Lubbock, Texas for the completion an arena for equine therapy.
