Eats & Bounds: Lubbock Concerts, Events & TTU Sports – 12/15/16

Spoiler alert: the Rebels steal the Death Star plans.

A piano bar singalong with Roger Creager sounds like a pretty good time. He’ll be at the Blue Light on Saturday.

There are still some good bands/artists to go see this weekend, but Lubbock is obviously starting to close up shop for Christmas. Yesterday was the last day of Finals at Texas Tech, so the college kids will all be hitting the asphalt soon to head back home. And, you know what that means, right? Chimy’s will be less packed! This is a great time of the year for us locals; we can hit up some of the more popular places again and have a little elbow room.

Safe travels to all the students headed home for Christmas in the upcoming week. Now, where’s my margarita?
