Head coach kliff Kingsbury and Eric Morris to watch Grapevine quarterback Alan Bowman, who was 18 of 26 for 250 yards and 3 touchdowns as well as a receiving touchdown.

The Mercury News’ Jerry McDonald on what makes Michael Crabtree so special:

“I wouldn’t even lie to you. This is the most fun I’ve had. Just playing ball,” Crabtree said last Nov. 27 after the Raiders beat Carolina 35-32. “You don’t have to worry about nothing but playing ball. That’s a blessing and I’m thankful for that.”

Crabtree plays big brother to fellow wideouts Amari Cooper, Seth Roberts, Cordarrelle Patterson and Johnny Holton, and can often be found with his arm around one of his teammates, offering words of encouragement.

“He’s a team guy. He cares about everybody,” Raiders wide receivers coach Rob Moore said. “He’s concerned if somebody’s down or not playing as well as he should be. He’s that guy that will go up to you and try and get you out of it.”
