Texas Tech received a commitment from Lafayette, Louisiana, outside linebacker Kevin Moore (6-0/188). This is the 24th commitment of the 2016 class (assuming that Emory Giddens no longer has an offer), 14th defensive commitment and 4th linebacker of the 2016 class. Here’s some highlight video.
