Adoption Update IV. I’m probably not going to post any updates until Youssouf gets home, but Youssouf was delayed and won’t be coming home until Monday night. It’s a long story, and it’s not even an exciting or good story, just one full of red tape and lack of crossing t’s and dotting i’s.

Tennis

Men to Face New Mexico State. The Texas Tech men’s tennis team is set to host New Mexico State in round 1 of the NCAA Tournament. the match starts at 1:00 pm at the McLeod Tennis Center.

“This is the most important part of the season, and the guys still have goals they want to accomplish,” Masi said. “The fact that we get to play on our home court will benefit us. We need to play smart and focused tennis and play with a high level of confidence. Our mentality shouldn’t change at all. The level we’ve had to play at and the level of competition we’ve faced throughout the season should have us ready. You don’t need to do anything more because it’s the NCAA Tournament. If each player can go out and contribute the best way they can, I feel that we can come away with good results.”
