On the Gridiron
Episode 2 of The Brand. Again, very good. Opens with Defensive Coordinator Shiel Wood watching video and encouraging players to cheer on their teammates. Up next is Behren Morton and his ability to lift and workout, something he hasn’t been able to do in a couple of years. He also wants to be one of the guys that changes everything and I appreciate that. Lots of scrimmage video.
ESPN and CBS Sports have their bowl projections, ESPN thinks it’s the Pop Tarts Bowl, while CBS Sports thinks Texas Tech makes the CFP and plays Miami in the first round.
Mic’d up with offensive coordinator Mack Leftwich.
SI’s Bryan Fischer previews the Big 12.
CBS Sports’ Coy Nagel with conference power rankings and they have the Big 12 3rd.
Cody Campbell with Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. I don’t think there was anything new here, I was able to listen to the first 30 minutes or so and just ran out of time. And to say that there’s not anything new for me, doesn’t mean that there won’t be something for you. I appreciate that Campbell is going on so many platforms to try to preach about saving college athletics.
