Here are your recruiting updates from the past week:

Football 2019:

• Peyton Powell, 88 rated ATH, visited the Red Raiders last week. Powell has officially visited four other schools, which includes Ohio State, TCU, Texas and Virginia.
• Maurice Gaines Jr, 84 rated CB, recevied an offer from Texas Tech on Sunday. Gaines has over 20 offers so far.
• Cam’Ron Johnson, 82 rated OT, received an offer from the Red Raiders on Monday. He has 19 offers so far according to 247sports.

Basketball 2019:

• Jahmius Ramsey, 97 rated SG, has no news surrounding his recruitment. I guess no news is good news at this point, since he visited Memphis and Miami a few weeks ago.
• Marcus Watson, 96 rated SG, committed to Oklahoma State on Sunday. Texas Tech was listed in his Top 4, but was not the choice.
• Iverson Molinar, 3-star SG, received an offer from Texas Tech last Sunday. Molinar has 16 offers so far according to Rivals.

Basketball 2020+:

• LJ Cryer, 94 rated 2020 PG, received an offer from the Red Raiders last Sunday. Cryer has double digit offers thus far.
• Che Evans, 91 rated 2020 SF, named Texas Tech in his Top 10 on Wednesday. Other schools listed include Florida, Georgetown, Ohio State and TCU.
• Jaylin Posey, NR 2020 PG, received an offer from the Red Raiders on Sunday. There’s not a lot of into on Posey right now.
