Leading Off
You know it’s a bye week when there’s no significant news out there this morning. And that’s usually a good thing, no one is getting in trouble and the players have some time away from any media obligations. I’ve got a discussion about predicted wins coming up at at 12:00 a.m. and Keith has a look at the Big 12 slate coming up at 10:00 a.m. with Michael and Spencer podcasting at 7:00 a.m. So, it will be a busy day, just not a busy Morning Stake.

SI ran down the best non-conference games and included in that is Duke vs. Texas Tech:
This is the Blue Devils’ final game before ACC play starts, and they’ll have a two-week layoff after it. The Red Raiders will have a different look from their Elite Eight squad but likely won’t be pushovers.
