Lubbock Avalanche-Journal’s Don Williams is reporting that Minnesota Vikings assistant defensive line coach Imarjaye Albury Sr. will replace Zarnell Fitch. Albury spent 6 years with the Vikings and as a player he had a year at West Virginia, but received his degree from Florida International.

Additionally, Williams is reporting that Atlanta Falcons outside linebackers coach Jacquies Smith will fill the same position for Texas Tech. Smith played at South Oak Cliff in Dallas and graduated from Missouri before having cups of coffee at numerous spots in the NFL from 2012 through 2020. Smith was in Atlanta from 2024 and was at Texas in 2023.
