Texas Tech Basketball: 2023-24 Eligibility Chart Version 1

I was asked to do this on Twitter. I actually had some free time this past weekend and I was able to throw it together. this looks a bit different than what I used to do, but figured that I’m only going to count the players who have committed publicly. Right now, I think that’s four players who have said that they are in, Isaacs, Jennings, Steffe, and Lindsay. As always, there are probably mistakes. Sometimes this takes a bit of fine-tuning on my end, there’s always a detail or two that I forget.

With the news that Jaylon Tyson entering the portal, I think that maybe thinking that a player is going to be a 4-year player is going to be a unicorn, thus, having that expectation may not be realistic. Things are changing quickly in the landscape and I think that Grant McCasland is going to adjust just fine.

As far as what the blocks mean, the black blocks mean the player has a year of eligibility and the red block represents a possible redshirt year.
