Patrick Mahomes “announced” through his t-shirt before yesterday’s game that Texas Tech would be moving from Under Armour to Adidas as the athletic apparel provider. Mahomes is sponsored by adidas and signed with them as he was drafted by the Chiefs. As you may recall, Mahomes was supporting Texas Tech in the Final Four run and had to use a sticker over the Under Armour logo, which is why his t-shirt had a tape-looking logo. We’ll get into what this all means later, but I can say that the Adizero Boston 12’s are fantastic shoes, bought a pair of running shorts as well and the quality was great. The Lady Raiders will host Northern Arizona for a secret scrimmage on Saturday, October 28th at noon to help benefit the Maui United Way. Tickets are $5.
