Things that I cannot believe for $100 Alex. What is Youssouf Jungman being offered by Texas Tech? Maybe getting an On3 profile makes it more real.

ESPN’s Billy Tucker (I’ve may already posted this, but it’s a weekend in June and I’m headed to back home after a long day) ranks the top 100 transfers with the following players making the list:
17. DE Trey White
19. DT Mateen Ibirogba
45. DE Adam Trick
78. DE LaDamion Guyton
In episode 100 of things to hate about the SEC and Big Ten, Yahoo Sports’ Ross Dellenger writes an article about the SEC and Big Ten and how there’s no way they’d form a super league:
Reached for comment, Tony Petitti strongly rebuked any notion that his league is interested in forming a super league and says he is now “setting the record straight.”
“Any statement that suggests the Big Ten is pursuing or wants a super league is a fabrication,” Petitti said. “At no point in time have we discussed such a concept with the SEC or anyone else. Any suggestion otherwise comes from people outside our respective conferences.”
At his league meetings last week, SEC commissioner Greg Sankey said he hoped that no further expansion unfolds and described his own conference as a “super league,” suggesting no merger or future additions are planned.
Here’s @SenTedCruz confirming to @PunchbowlNews he privately spoke with SEC & Big Ten commissioners about the legality of forming a super league
He says they can’t – they believe they can
That’s the ballgame right now

It’s going to be really difficult to not talk politics so I’m generally going to post without much comment and let the mudslinging speak for itself. I’d also add that I’m not really following this story as closely as I would other things. The political angle of it is off-putting and I tend to think that there’s a ton of hand-wringing and consternation, but things always work out in the end. I’m not saying that it does, but the back and forth nature of being worried about this or that seems like part of the political machine and I sort of choose to remove myself from worrying about that. Easy for me to say/do, but I’m being honest. I also wanted to mention that Cody Campbell had some things to day to former Texas Tech head “coach” Tommy Tuberville.
@sentuberville (aka “Coach”). Sent this letter to a bunch of college athletic directors, apparently in attempt to undercut the great progress on and momentum behind the bi-partisan Protect College Sports Act.
