Myself and the family were supposed to be in Kentucky, Red River Gorge area, vacationing, but something is wrong with my vehicle so I’m trying to get it repaired here in Cincinnati. Hopefully I can get it repaired and we can move on. The good news is that myself and the family are all together and we are safe.

ESPN’s Jeremy Woo has his final top 100 rankings and has Christian Anderson at No. 16:

Strengths: An outstanding 3-point shooter and savvy pick-and-roll navigator, Anderson is polished offensively, capable of managing the game and making defenses pay from long range. He’s comfortable with and without the ball, and he makes the most of his size on defense.

Weaknesses: Anderson is small for an NBA guard and isn’t explosive getting downhill, limiting his ability to live in the paint. His below-average physical profile will require continued skill growth as a finisher to compensate and shoulder a starter-level offensive workload.

The verdict: Anderson proved he could be efficient with major usage in an expanded role for Texas Tech last season. His feel for playmaking as well as his efficient scoring profile will give him a pathway into an NBA rotation. He has intriguing long-term upside for an NBA team willing to look past his size.

Should also add that Donovan Atwell is No. 94. The NBA Draft starts tomorrow and Wednesday.

CBS Sports’ Cameron Salerno has his latest mock draft with Anderson going No. 16 to Memphis:

After taking a forward at pick No. 3, the Grizzlies take their point guard of the future. Anderson is one of the best shooters in the class. Sixty-five of Anderson’s 108 3-point shots were non-catch-and-shoot makes, which showcases his ability to create his own shot. This is a spot where you would imagine teams call Memphis to gauge a trade down opportunity.

CBS Sports’ Gene Menez writes that Houston is the best value to win the Big 12 (remember, he’s talking odds, not acutal to win). Houston is +1600 to win the conference, behind Texas Tech at +100, BYU +550, Utah +650, and Kansas State +1400.

For 2026 the Cougars rank among the country’s top teams in returning production, with seven starters back on offense and six on defense. They are led by Weigman who, after struggling in three seasons at Texas A&M, had a breakout year last season, passing for 2,705 yards and 25 touchdowns against just nine interceptions. He will again be throwing to top receiver Amare Thomas (67 receptions, 966 yards), who ranked sixth in the country in receiving TDs (12).

Weigman should be even better in Year 2 in Houston. This spring was his first since high school in which he wasn’t either 1) adjusting to a new offensive coordinator and playbook or 2) recovering from injury. In fact the Cougars are the only team among the top five favorites in the Big 12 to return its quarterback, head coach and both coordinators.
