Texas Tech obtained a commitment from 2017 quarterback Xavier Martin from Cibolo Steele. Martin was primarily a receiver for Steele last year, but you can see him at running back in the video below. We’ll have more later, but this is commitment #2 for the 2017 class, the other commitment being offensive lineman, Tyler Casteneda.
