Peevy Talks Texas Tech. Via LAJ’s Cameron Brock by Wreck’Em 24/7, former Houston Bellaire defensive tackle Jayden Peevy talked about how he de-committed form Baylor as well as Texas Tech. Peevy said he won’t commit until National Signing Day and he’s wanted by lots of folks. The interesting quote from Peevy was this:

β€œI committed to Baylor to play for coach (Art) Briles, so everything was a shock to me,” Peevy said. β€œI thought nothing was going to happen, but obviously it did. But, it’s a blessing to have more than one college come talk to you.”

“I thought nothing was going to happen . . . ” For me, the question is why would Peevy think that nothing was going to happen, by his own reading up on the situation or from what the Baylor coaches would tell him.

Miscellaneous. Via the Rams official site Bradley Marquez talks about the upcoming season for the Rams . . .
