Texas Tech gets their second commit of the 2018 class as Stanley Hackett (6-3/193) a running back from Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas, has committed to Texas Tech.

Hackett ran for 1,176 yards last year including 11 touchdowns. He earned all-district honors as a sophomore and was the 22-6A Newcomer of the Year for the district. Hackett is pretty much a 4-star recruit and I would bet that DeShaun Foster had a lot to do with Hackett’s commitment.
