Thursday games can disrupt things a bit, but Lubbock is taking full advantage of having some extra folks in town by filling the calendar.
I wanted to share a couple of great shoppes I’ve tried recently: Holly Hopp Ice Cream Shoppe & Honeycomb Pie Shoppe. Holly Hop has been around for a few years now. Saturday was my first visit, and they will make you a milkshake or malt out of any of their gourmet ice creams. Also on the menu are old-fashioned sodas & sandwiches.
Honeycomb has had a Levelland location for quite some time, but their Lubbock pie shoppe is brand new. Try one of their many excellent sandwiches (the BLT is my favorite so far) or one of their delicious pies.
