As a sophomore, Bright ran 57 times for 348 yards, about 6 yards a carry, and 6 touchdowns with 6 receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown. As a junior, Bright ran 68 times for 362 yards, about 5 yards a carry, 6 touchdowns, 30 receptions for 393 yards, about 13 yards a reception, and 3 touchdowns.
If you want a good ol’ fashioned LOL, the first highlight video isn’t from Bright’s junior year, but from Cedar Hill’s spring practice and just watching, if that’s their first team defense, this may be one of the best defenses that Bright sees all year. I also love that Cedar Hill is using drones to film some of their practices.
But back to Bright, he’s projected to be an inside receiver and his full-stop to full-speed is sort of ridiculous. Cedar Hill has one of the best programs in the state and for Bright to just get on the field says something about him. That wheel route about a minute into the second set video is just ridiculous and I don’t know how you cover that. Bright’s speed and ability to rev up and get to a spot is ridiculously impressive.
