Texas Tech and head coach Kliff Kingsbury has offered another quarterback after Terry Wilson Jr. chose the Cornhuskers yesterday. 2016 Cornerback Neiman Armstrong Commits to Texas Tech

DeSoto cornerback Neiman Armstrong has committed to Texas Tech. Texas Tech offered on April 17th and as you can see here, committed a couple of weeks later. Armstrong played for Carter last year before transferring to DeSoto. Armstrong has pretty good size for a cornerback, 6-0/175, and played cornerback and receiver for Carter last year.
